• Downgrade 8.3 filenaming from a "standard" to a simple suggestion.

• Add suggestion that double spaces should surround the logical binary operators ("&&", "||").

• Oops - spelling error.  I had "host list" instead of "hot list".  Boy, how long had that one been around!
• Also changed the table scheme to use the color schemes sort of like we use elsewhere.
